The Bot does not collect personal information beyond what Discord provides through its API. Data is not sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

- Restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any user or server
- Remove the Bot from servers
- Block usage without prior notice
This may occur if these Terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- Server moderation actions taken by the Bot
- Damages, disputes, or issues arising from use or misuse of the Bot
Use of the Bot is at your own risk.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
